For our wine pairing and wine list, we partner with small vineyards that farm using low intervention winemaking methods and showcase their amazing work.

We highlight some of the best craft beer our country has to offer and choose British only spirits from small batch distillers. During the busy harvest months, we create our own soft drinks using fruit from our farm and local producers.
